Our Vicar

Mike Seiler began as our vicar on February first of 2024.

In the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona, Mike takes part as a facilitator for the Antiracism Committee, and is a member of the Disability Concerns Committee.

Outside of church, Mike raises money for Bike MS, a charity that supports research into finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, and for the past few years he has been named among the top 20 fundraisers in Arizona.

St. Alban’s core values of Loving God, Loving God’s Family and Loving God’s World is what drew Mike to St. Alban’s. Presiding Bishop Michael Curry is known for saying that “If it is not about Love, then it is not about God.” St. Alban’s core values drive the work that the church is already doing, and will drive the church toward ever greater works of love within the community.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical History from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, WA; a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA; and a Diploma of Anglican Studies from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.

Our Deacon
We are blessed to have an ordained and enthusiastic Deacon, Debra Loder, with us. She has been a long-time member of the church and understands how our church functions. Debra’s main ministry focus is to address food insecurity. She is responsible for our Project SALT Luncheon, Holiday Food Boxes for school children, Homeless Comfort Bags, Bags of Joy, and bottled water that are donated to Project SALT for the homeless and shut ins.
